You will have to look hard to find a more interesting drive...  This one way road travels down the peak of a ridgeline over Canon city. Dropoffs to the right, dropoffs to the left, and once you are on it - you are comitted until the end.  AND there are actual dinosaur footprints in the rocks at the top of this ridge...

What a wonderful Day Trip - out Hwy 96 to it's end at Westcliffe, then North on State Road 69 to it's end at Hwy 50, then back East to Pueblo ...

Took a Sunday Drive to the Southwest. Mostly dirt road, ALL beautiful, And although I took 5 hours to travel the 60 mile loop, I'm sure others could do it quicker - if they really wanted to - lol
